Kay Parkin
DMS, CSBM, CMS, AInstAM(Dip)., ACMI
Kay came to St Mary's as Head of Administration after 11 years in the NHS working in Information Strategy and Project Management.
She was appointed as Director of Finance and Human Resources in September 2008.
Kay provides a financial management service to the Trust, including giving financial advice to the Trustees, Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Senior Leadership team and to other managers.
She also manages the Human Resources service within the Trust supporting and advising Trustees and management on compliance with employment legislation and Safer Recruitment.
Her other responsibilities include overseeing the Trust's Administration and ICT/AVA service and acting as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Kay has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Certificate on School Business Management and an International Diploma in Administrative Management.
Kay lives locally with her husband Stephen.
