(School 7 - 16 years) 78 hours per fortnight on a shift basis, to include some weekends. Salary £17,420 - £21,483 To work within the Care Department and be responsible for leading a small team of Child Care Staff in providing the highest standards of care to a group of pupils with special needs. The successful candidate will hold NVQ3 level qualification and have experience in a social care setting. They will also have a sound knowledge of good child care practices and be able to demonstrate good leadership skills. An ability to work well in a team and within an inter-disciplinary residential school setting is essential. CQSW, CSS, NVQ4, or equivalent, are desirable qualifications.
